Re-branding Campaign

Portland Schooner Company needed to stand above its competition in a crowded space: the Portland waterfront. KG developed a brand positioning and created a new marketing campaign for the company. Tactical execution included signage, marketing collateral, ads, environmental advertising and posters. The new branding highlighted Portland Schooner's differentiating features, specifically its classic wooden schooners and the unmatched experience visitors receive. The campaign continues to send customers to Portland Schooner two years after its debut.

Pionite
Marketing Campaign

Pionite, a manufacturer and distributor of high-pressure laminates for residential and commercial applications, wanted to grow their business. We developed a comprehensive approach that focused different efforts in sales, marketing, advertising, collateral, catalogs, sample books and more. The program generated impressive results and Pionite was able to compete with national laminate companies.

Restaurant Collective
Direct Marketing Campaign

Recognizing an unmet need in the operations and marketing of independent restaurants and small regional chains, Merchant Resource and KG Partners worked together to develop Restaurant Collective. It's an association that helps member restaurants pool their resources to achieve group buying power and savings. As more than just a new brand, but a new category, the positioning and launch of Restaurant Collective was critically important to its success.

Children's Museum of Maine
Repositioning

KG Partners developed a new brand for the Children's Museum of Maine in preparation for its merger with the Children's Theatre of Maine. The work, which included a logo and tagline, helped reposition the organization. The new brand image represents both legacy organizations and graphically conveys the positioning and voice of the newly merged organization.
